“The A List” will be launched in November 2018 but before we expand upon this major announcement let us tell you a little bit about our history. Activate Worldwide started its life by successfully winning the bid to represent one of our favourite cities, Boston.  We were appointed as the UK division for The Greater Boston Visitors and Convention Bureau. Activate Worldwide proceeded to implement a comprehensive and strategic sales marketing and PR plan focusing upon and highlighting the many "wow" factors it has to offer. This enabled us to perfectly position this unique and vibrant city within the UK MICE marketplace. We were responsible for promoting all of the key hotels within Greater Boston including the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and The Westin, as well as several DMC’s and the Convention Centre.

 

We continued to build upon our portfolio over the coming years by adding several major clients including The Bahrain Convention Bureau. We also secured contracts with DMC’s within Europe including Cyprus and Malta as well as international hotels such as the IHG Sandton Sun & Towers in South Africa, Corinthia Hotels and Mandarin Oriental. Activate Worldwide also worked on numerous projects for the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau and were appointed as the UK representatives for the Puerto Rico Tourism company.

 

Activate Worldwide is currently working on a major new initiative ‘The A List’ which is due to be launched at the end of 2018. We will keep you updated on all new developments.
