Michael has a wealth of international sales and marketing experience, having worked with and for luxury hotels, convention bureau’s and tourist boards over the past 25 years, specialising in the MICE and leisure markets.
He has held senior sales and marketing positions both on property and within global sales environment for major international hotel chains including, IHG, ITT Sheraton, Hilton and Westin Hotels & Resorts. Michael went onto launch, “Activate Worldwide” an independent, international representation company. Since then he has successfully won several long term contracts with a variety of major destinations and hotels.
Having a proven track record of winning business in a competitive marketplace, Michael successfully carved his career within a highly targeted and results driven environment. He prides himself on meeting and exceeding goals within strict time frames and budgets. One of his key strengths is the ability to deliver business to both internationally recognised and new and developing destinations and hotels.
Simon has been one of Europe’s leading hotel investment advisers for the past 15 years. As an independent adviser, and as Director of two leading firms, he has conducted, managed and directed thousands of hotel consultancy, valuation, asset management, and advisory assignments throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East Africa, Asia & Australia.
His strong operational experience includes 13 hotel openings on four continents. As an adviser he has been involved in many of the most significant European hotel investment deals of the past 15 years, and has worked in virtually all major UK and European hotel markets.
An impressive career to date, with 20 years of operational, sales & recruitment experience within Travel, Hospitality, Hotels and FMCG sectors. Louisa started her career as a Sales Consultant for American Dream Holidays, a specialist tour operator tailoring holidays in the United States. Her desire to travel led her to move abroad and enjoy a successful, 10 year career within the international cruise industry.
Based in the United States, Louisa worked onboard the super liners of Carnival Cruise Lines. She held a number of senior operational positions before achieving promotion to Chief Purser, where she was responsible for a multi-cultural team of 20 front office staff, as well as managing all the onboard revenue and onboard guest service issues of up to 3000 guests each cruise.
Dan Glen has extensive experience that spans over ten years working with a large portfolio of clients on a national and international basis. He has assisted some of the most successful global organisations, small medium enterprises and new independent start up businesses across a large selection of industries. Travel, Fashion, Finance and Construction to Recruitment, Investments and Aerospace to name a few .
With a successful track record of helping numerous organisations design, or improve, their branding, visability or corporate identity along with generating increased 'traffic' to their business websites, whilst saving money and reducing costs.
